Hub Artsakh is a non-profit organization registered and based in Stepanakert since 2021. Our mission is to strengthen the human capacity of Artsakh.
Now based in Yerevan, Hub Artsakh will continue its activities and remain true to its vision and mission, responding to the new and evolving needs of the people of Artsakh that have been forcibly displaced to Armenia.

Hub Artsakh is a non-profit organization registered and operating in the heart of Stepanakert since September 2021.
The mission of Hub Artsakh is to strengthen the human capacity of Artsakh. We empower Artsakh Armenians to overcome displacement by implementing sensitive, need-based development programs and increasing the visibility of their problems, helping them rebuild their lives in Armenia.
Our aim is to create a capable and self-sustainable society in Artsakh that can grow and thrive under any condition. In the climate of continued uncertainty, it is critical to create resilient human capital.
