Hub Artsakh is looking for two HR officers to join their Support Hotline Program, as a full-time position in their office in Yerevan.

Background

Hub Artsakh is a non-governmental organization that was registered and based in Stepanakert since 2021. Hub Artsakh’s mission is to strengthen the human capacity of Artsakhsis, and to provide space and opportunities for community members with education, mentoring, networking, resources and personal support.

Now based in Yerevan, Hub Artsakh continues its activities while developing its new Support Hotline Program to respond to the evolving needs of the people of Artsakh that have been forcibly displaced to Armenia.

Program Overview

As part of its emergency response, Hub Artsakh developed the Support Hotline Program to provide the population of Artsakh with support to secure employment and legal advice for personal and business matters.
The Support Hotline program has two components:
– Legal consultation to help the beneficiaries navigate the complex legal challenges they may face, ensuring their rights and needs are protected;
– Employment assistance to assist the beneficiaries finding the professional opportunity that is right for them, tailored to their education, aspirations and availability.

This program is generously sponsored by the H. Hovnanian Family Foundation.

Functions / Responsibilities

The HR Officers will provide assistance in human resources activities for the Support Hotline program. Their core responsibilities will be to:
– Support the administration of the Support Hotline processes, including phone screens beneficiaries, job placements, CV management, interviews and due diligence,
– Determine specific, appropriate employment opportunities and assist beneficiaries in accessing these opportunities by guiding them through the hiring process,
– Ensure all beneficiaries information is updated in data management systems and maintain HR files,
– Participate in the development and cultivation of partnerships with employers in order to identify appropriate employment opportunities for beneficiaries,
– Monitor job performance, wage level, and employer/employee satisfaction, and assist job-seekers and employers with any post placement issues and continuing employment needs,
– Provide general administration support to the HR team including management of inbox, preparation and delivery of accurate communication content for staff updates and reporting.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in human resources
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a well organized individual able to work independently, paying attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in information technology, including online database systems, MS Office, Google Workspace
  • Fluency in Armenian both written and spoken is required
