Milena Avetisyan

Milena, a 20-year-old native of Martuni in Artsakh, brings a youthful energy and a fresh perspective to her role as Program Manager at Hub Artsakh. Currently studying Management at Yerevan State University’s Faculty of Economy and Management, Department of Management, Milena manages the Hovnanian Youth Fellowship and “Slatsk” programs at HubArtsakh.

Outside of her role at Hub Artsakh, Milena dedicated her time to volunteering at the Children of Regions NGO, where she served as the Deputy Executive Director for the Human Resources department for six months. She continues her volunteering with her social program, “Gift a Day,” aimed at providing skills to youth in communities to identify and address local issues.

In addition to her professional and volunteering endeavors, Milena operates a small online shop selling stickers and notebooks featuring the Artsakhian dialect, with a mission to spread awareness and appreciation for the dialect and culture.

Milena’s love for project management is evident in her dedication to programs that serve the needs of Artsakhian people, reflecting her commitment to making a meaningful difference.
